1. 适用范围 / Scope
本政策说明凡眼（FanEye）iOS App及其联网服务如何处理信息。凡眼当前不要求注册账号。
This policy explains how the FanEye iOS app and its online services handle information. FanEye currently does not require account registration.
2. 摄像头、视频与照片 / Camera, Video and Photos
凡眼使用摄像头拍摄球场画面，用于现场取景、挑战和回放。视频在各自手机上临时缓存和处理，不上传到凡眼服务器。只有你主动保存片段时，App才会在获得授权后把生成的视频写入系统照片；相册中的片段由你通过系统照片App管理或删除。
FanEye uses the camera for live framing, challenges, and replay. Video is temporarily cached and processed on each phone and is not uploaded to FanEye servers. Only when you choose to save a clip will the app, with permission, write the generated video to Photos. You manage or delete saved clips in the Photos app.
3. 专业版本地连接 / Professional Local Connection
使用专业版本地连接时，App通过Bonjour和本地网络发现同一局域网内的手机，并在手机之间传递临时设备标识、角色、连接状态以及开始、挑战、回放和返回等控制指令。视频仍保留在各自手机，不通过本地网络传输，也不需要上传到凡眼服务器。
Professional local connection uses Bonjour and the local network to discover phones on the same LAN and exchange temporary device identifiers, roles, connection state, and control commands such as start, challenge, replay, and return. Video remains on each phone, is not transferred over the LAN, and does not need to be uploaded to FanEye servers.
4. Pro广域网同步 / Pro Online Sync
创建或加入Pro广域网球场时，App会向凡眼服务器发送或接收临时球场码、手机名称、随机生成并保存在本机的持久App实例标识、每次房间会话使用的临时参与标识、角色、房间人数与控制状态，以及开始、挑战、回放、确认和返回等控制指令。服务器会把连接IP地址作为连接元数据处理，仅用于限流、安全防护和防滥用。以上信息用于提供和保护多机同步服务，不包含视频内容。
When creating or joining a Pro online court, the app sends or receives temporary court codes, phone names, a randomly generated persistent app-instance identifier stored on the device, temporary participant identifiers used for room sessions, roles, room count and control state, and control commands such as start, challenge, replay, acknowledgement, and return. The server processes connection IP addresses as connection metadata only for rate limiting, security, and abuse prevention. This information is used to provide and protect multi-phone synchronization and does not include video content.
5. 订阅与Apple交易验证 / Subscriptions and Apple Transaction Verification
购买、恢复或验证Pro版与专业版权益时，交易由Apple的StoreKit和App Store处理。凡眼不会取得你的Apple账户密码或支付卡信息。为验证付费主控创建广域网球场的权益，App会在StoreKit确认交易已验证后，向凡眼服务器发送产品标识、交易标识、原始交易标识、Apple环境和已验证Transaction的签名JWS；服务器使用这些信息向Apple核验订阅状态。JWS正文只用于验权处理，不写入应用或服务日志。参与的机位手机无需购买，也不会提交自身订阅权益。
Purchases, restores, and entitlement checks for Pro and Professional are handled by Apple StoreKit and the App Store. FanEye does not receive your Apple account password or payment-card information. After StoreKit verifies a transaction, the app sends the product identifier, transaction identifier, original transaction identifier, Apple environment, and the verified Transaction's signed JWS to FanEye servers when a paid host creates an online court. The server uses this information to verify subscription status with Apple. The JWS body is used only for entitlement verification and is not written to app or service logs. Participating camera phones do not need to purchase and do not submit their own subscription entitlements.
6. 本机性能样本 / On-device Performance Samples
为帮助App在本机记录回放运行情况，凡眼会在本机保存有限数量的近期性能样本和当前拍摄模式，包括时间、热状态、电池状态、分段录制成功或失败计数、片段与回放准备耗时、帧率和分辨率等技术信息。这些数据与拍摄模式保存在App的本机设置中，不包含视频内容，不会上传到凡眼服务器；清除App数据（例如删除App）时会一并移除。
To help the app record replay operation on the device, FanEye stores a limited set of recent performance samples and the current capture mode locally. These may include time, thermal and battery state, segment success or failure counts, segment and replay-preparation timing, frame rate, and resolution. These data and the capture mode remain in the app's on-device settings, contain no video content, and are not uploaded to FanEye servers. They are removed when app data is cleared, such as when the app is deleted.
7. 我们不处理的信息 / Information We Do Not Process
凡眼当前不要求凡眼账号，不收集你的手机号、联系邮箱、通讯录、GPS或精确位置，不包含第三方广告SDK，也不将信息用于跨App或跨网站追踪。你主动向技术支持邮箱发送的内容，仅用于处理你的支持请求。
FanEye currently requires no FanEye account and does not collect your phone number, contact email, contacts, GPS or precise location. It contains no third-party advertising SDK and does not use information to track you across apps or websites. Information you voluntarily email to support is used only to handle your support request.
8. 保存、删除与安全 / Retention, Deletion and Security
本机挑战缓存会随着继续录制而覆盖，或在App数据被清除时移除。广域网临时房间在结束后清理，长时间无活动的房间最迟约3小时自动删除。广州和香港服务的常规访问日志会记录连接IP、请求方法、完整路径及查询串、状态码、传输量和User-Agent；因此球场码或临时参与标识可能随请求查询串进入访问日志。这些日志用于运维、故障排查、安全和防滥用，不用于广告，不记录请求正文、Authorization或Apple签名JWS。访问与错误日志按日轮转，保留14份并压缩；服务journal使用系统默认的容量式轮转，当前配置不能换算为固定保留天数。Apple验权观察日志只记录结果、错误码、权益层级（成功时）和耗时，不记录JWS正文。传输中的联网数据使用HTTPS或WSS保护。
On-device challenge cache is overwritten as recording continues or removed when app data is cleared. Online temporary rooms are cleared after they end, and inactive rooms are automatically deleted after no more than about three hours. Standard access logs on the Guangzhou and Hong Kong services record connection IP, request method, full path and query string, status, transferred size, and User-Agent; a court code or temporary participant identifier may therefore appear in a request query string. These logs are used for operations, troubleshooting, security, and abuse prevention, not advertising, and do not record request bodies, Authorization headers, or Apple signed JWS data. Access and error logs rotate daily, retain 14 rotations, and are compressed. Service journals use the system-default size-based rotation, so the current configuration cannot be converted into a fixed number of retention days. Apple entitlement-observation logs record only outcome, error code, entitlement tier when granted, and latency, not JWS bodies. Network data in transit is protected with HTTPS or WSS.
9. 权限与选择 / Permissions and Choices
你可以在iOS设置中管理摄像头、本地网络和照片权限；关闭相应权限会使取景、本地多机连接或保存片段功能不可用。凡眼无账号，因此没有账号删除流程。你可以在App内清除场地线设置；删除App可清除凡眼保存在本机的设置、持久App实例标识和近期性能样本；系统照片中的已保存片段需由你在照片App中单独删除。你也可以通过Apple订阅管理页面取消自动续订。
You can manage Camera, Local Network, and Photos permissions in iOS Settings. Disabling a permission will make camera capture, local multi-phone connection, or saving clips unavailable. FanEye has no account, so there is no account-deletion process. You can clear court-line settings in the app. Deleting the app clears FanEye settings, the persistent app-instance identifier, and recent performance samples stored on the device; saved clips in Photos must be deleted separately in the Photos app. You can also cancel auto-renewal through Apple subscription management.
10. 政策变更 / Changes to This Policy
如果凡眼的数据处理方式发生重要变化，我们会更新本页面及生效日期，并在适用时通过App或上架信息提示。
If FanEye materially changes its data practices, we will update this page and its effective date and, where appropriate, notify users through the app or store listing.
