1 · Choose the right mode

Use Single Phone to begin for free. Free online rooms support 2 phones; Pro supports up to 6. Professional adds local connection and a dedicated controller.

2 · Frame and connect

Grant the required Camera and Local Network permissions for your mode. Keep the important line visible. For multi-phone use, let the host create the court and have cameras join before play.

3 · Start the game

Start from the host and check the cameras are ready. Recent footage is temporarily retained on recording phones. Keep the apps in the foreground.

4 · Challenge the point

Tap Challenge promptly after a disputed point. Slow it down, skip back or forward and pause at the key moment. Step through the frames and enlarge the landing area for a closer look.

5 · Review another angle

In an online room, view footage on the relevant phone. In Professional, a dedicated controller can actively select a camera and receive that replay temporarily over the LAN.

6 · Save, return or take a break

Choose Save to keep a short slow-motion clip in Photos. Return to live view to continue. Group pause and resume require updated, connected participants; they are not a promise of recording in the background.

Professional: connect your phones before play

Keep one phone for control and let the others record. These Professional app screens show where to choose your controller and check that the cameras have joined.

Replay is a reference, not an automatic verdict.

FanEye does not automatically detect the shuttle landing or decide IN or OUT. Players or officials review the footage. Device, lighting and network conditions matter.
